Our lead strategist and designer, Cheryl Springfels, has 18+ years of design, user interface, development and programming experience. Cheryl holds degrees in both computer science and design and has the unique ability to understand the rapidly changing interactive landscape and approach a project from both a visual and coding perspective.
Before founding Springfels.com, Cheryl worked as an exhibiting artist and college teacher making miniscule amounts of money for maximum effort. Her work has been featured in the National Women’s Museum, the Corcoran Art Gallery, and Goethe Institute. Prior to her art holiday, Cheryl worked in the ultra-big ultra-for-profit software development world of Siemens Telecommunications as a telephony software engineer in the realtime call processing. Cheryl has an MFA from the Massachusetts College of Art, a BS in Computer Science and a BA in Visual Art from Florida Atlantic University.
